It works only if there is sexual stimulation. Sexual arousal releases nitric oxide from the nerves' endings of the cavernous bodies of the penis and activates guanylate cyclase enzyme. Guanylate cyclase in its turn is responsible for production of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). Due to cGMP the blood vessels supplying the penis with blood widen and relax. Levitra prevents phosphodiesterase-5 enzyme from destroying cGMP and in this way helps to support blood flow to the penis. Dosage and direction The recommended dose of Levitra Oral Jelly contains 20 mg of Vardenafil, it is available in a pack of sachet. Take it an hour before intercourse. In case of adverse effects it is recommended to reduce the dose to 5 mg daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Strictly follow all recommendations of your doctor and never take the drug if it was not prescribed to you. Precautions Levitra Oral Jelly is not recommended in patients who have a stroke or heart failure, or a heart attack in history and especially within last six month. Before using Levitra inform your doctor if you have serious renal impairment, a bleeding disorder, stomach ulcerations, or an inherited retinal disorder such as retinitis pigmentosa, allergic reaction to this medicine or any other medicines, deformation of the penis such as angulation, cavernous fibrosis (Peyronie's disease), as well as in diseases that contribute to the development of priapism (sickle-cell anemia, multiple myeloma, leukemia, or leukemia). Contraindications Levitra Oral Jelly cannot be prescribed in patients who are hypersensitive to its ingredients, ones treated with organic nitrates. Use in individuals who have not reached the age of 16 y.o. is contraindicated. Concomitant use of HIV protease inhibitors such as indinavir and ritonavir with Levitra Oral Jelly is prohibited. Possible side effect Treatment with Levitra Oral Jelly usually does not lead to serious side effects and if any they are mostly transient. The most frequent side effects are: headache, flushing (hyperemia of the person), dizziness, diarrhea, nausea, stuffy nose. More rare and uncommon adverse effects are photosensitivity of skin, hypertension, back pain, watery eyes, hypotension, myalgia, priapism. Drug interaction Metabolism of Levitra Oral Jelly is inhibited by erythromycin, ketoconazole (Nizoral), itraconazole (Sporanox), indinavir (Crixivan) and ritonavir (Norvir). Levitra also reduces the blood concentration of ritonavir and indinavir. Chest pain may become more acute in patients treated with nitrates as the medication increases heart rate and lowers blood pressure. Levitra is able to exaggerate the blood pressure lowering effects of alpha-blocking drugs (terazosin or Hytrin). Levitra never should be administered in patients who are treated with organic nitrates. Missed dose Levitra Oral Jelly is taken when needed but not more often than once daily so missed dose is not supposed. Overdose Symptoms of overdose include pain in the back, jaw, arm, chest, blindness, blurred or decreased vision, or discomfort. Storage Store at room temperature out of reach of children and pets, away from moisture and sunlight. It does not act without sexual stimulation and is effective in men regardless their age or duration of the problem. Tadalafil, the active substance of this medication, is the same as in Cialis and allows blood vessels to relax and widen letting blood flow to fill cavernous bodies of the penis. This results in erection which subsides after sex. Dosage and direction Take Forzest at least one hour before the planned sex intercourse, the medication effects appear withing 30 minutes and continues for up to 36 hours. If you took the drug after a high fat meat like French fries or Hamburger it could take a bit longer for Forzest effects to manifestate. Do not take more than one pill of Forzest a day. Precautions The medication cannot be recommended in patients who were warned against sexual activity due to heart problems. Do not take the medication unless it was prescribed to you by professional health care advisor after thorough examination of your condition. Inform your doctor before to take Forzest if you have abnormal penis, including curved penis and birth defects of the penis, had coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, angina, heart attack or heart failure, hypo- or hypertension, bleeding, stomach ulcers, diabetes, hyperlipidemia (excess of lipids in the blood), sickle-cell anemia, liver or kidney failure in history. Avoid taking Forzest with grapefruit juice, alcohol, tobacco. Smoking combined with treatment by Forzest may lead to a condition called NAION (sudden optic nerve-related vision loss). Forzest should not be used in patients younger 18 years of age. Contraindications Forzest is contraindicated in individuals concomitantly treated with nitrates as it may lead to sudden and life threating drops in blood pressure. Possible side effect The most frequent adverse reactions are headache, flushing of the face and upset stomach. In rare cases temporary changes in color vision, increased sensitiveness to light or blurred vision may occur. Prolonged erections or priapism (painful erections lasting more than 6 hours) is also possible. If your erection lasts longer than 4 hours, seek for immediate medical help as it may permanently damage your penis. Aggravation of heart problems in patients with pre-existing heart disease using Cialis was reported: heart attack, stroke, irregular heartbeats. Other side effects besides those listed may appear as individual reaction to the preparation. Drug interaction Never take Forzest with any medication which contain nitrates for example ones to treat angina such as nitro-glycerine (in form of tablets, ointments, sprays, skin patches or pastes) isosorbide mononitrate and isosorbide dinitrate, or recreational drugs ("poppers") such as amyl nitrate or nitrite. Sildenafil affects the response to sexual stimulation. It acts by enhancing smooth muscle relaxation using nitric oxide, a chemical that is normally released in response to sexual stimulation. This smooth muscle relaxation allows increased blood flow into certain areas of the penis, which leads to an erection. Sildenafil is applied for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (impotence) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension. Sildenafil may also be used for other purposes not listed above. Dosage and direction Intagra is taken approximately 0,5-1 hour before sexual activity. Do not take Intagra more then once a day. A high fat meal may delay the time of the effect of this drug. Try not to eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice while you are being treated with Sildenafil. Precautions Before you start taking Sildenafil, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or if you have any other allergies. Aged people may be more sensitive to the side effects of the drug. Contraindications Intagra is contraindicated in patients taking another medicine to treat impotence or using a nitrate drug for chest pain or heart problems. This medicine should not be taken by women and children as well as in patients with a known hypersensitivity to any component of the tablet. Possible side effect The most common side effects are headache, flushing, heartburn, stomach upset, nasal stuffiness, lightheadedness, dizziness or diarrhea. A serious allergic reaction to this drug is very rare, but seek immediate medical help if it occurs. Many people using this medicine do not have serious side effects. In case you notice any side effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist. Drug interaction This drug should not be used with nitrates and recreational drugs called "poppers" containing amyl or butyl nitrite; alpha-blocker medications; other medications for impotence; high blood pressure medicines, etc. Consult your doctor or pharmacist for more details. Missed dose Intagra is used as needed, so you are unlikely to be on a dosing schedule. Overdose If you think you have used too much of this medicine seek emergency medical attention right away. It consists of two main components: Tadalafil and Dapoxetine. Tadalafil is famous thanks to a brand medication Cialis, while Dapoxetine is a new word in medicine. The combinatory effect of those substances is beyond expectations: while Tadalafil grants powerful and stable erection, Dapoxetine prevents premature ejaculation and prolongs the effect of the medication, making Tadapox effective during 36 hours after taking. Dosage and direction Only patients with erectile dysfunction or impotence should take Tadapox. For healthy people, there is no need to take the drug, because it won’t help them in case they have psychic-based problems with erection. One should not take Tadapox together with fat food or alcohol, because it can reduce the efficiency of the drug. Usual dosage of Tadapox is one tablet per day, an hour before sexual activity. Precautions Thoroughly read and follow the instructions included into package. Note, that Tadapox cannot treat any sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV. It’s also important to share your medical record during the taking of Tadapox with your doctor. Regular medical control makes your treatment with Tadapox especially safe and effective. Contraindications People with a history of cardiovascular or hepatic diseases should have a thorough consultation with the doctor before they are allowed to take Tadapox. Hypersensitivity to any of the drug’s components is also a contraindication. Possible side effect Most common adverse effects of Tadapox include nausea, vomiting, flushes, head redness, body pain and dizziness. Patients are also disposed to the risk of heart problems and stomach ulcer. The most serious adverse effects of the drug manifest in case of misreading or ignoring precautions and instructions, and avoiding consultation with a doctor, or overdose as well. In this case, patients can face serious heart diseases, hepatotoxicity, diarrhea, hearing impairments and other dangerous symptoms. If you get any of those while taking Tadapox, you should immediately contact your doctor for medical help. Drug interaction The list of counteraction drugs for Tadapox includes nitrate based drugs before all. There are no circumstances under which the patient can take Tadapox together with such medications. It’s also forbidden to take Tadapox together with antihypertensive drugs, because it may cause severe hypotension. Missed dose Even if you have missed your daily dose of Tadapox, you shouldn’t take more than one tablet of it daily. Just ignore the missed dose and continue taking your medication as prescribed. Overdose If you have taken more than one tablet of Tadapox during a day, you may experience headaches, nausea, chest pain and flushes. In case of those symptoms, immediately contact your medical care specialist. Storage Keep away from children. Store the medication in a dark dry place at room temperatures.
