Description

Common use
Cialis is an effective, reversible, selective inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) specific to cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). When sexual stimulation causes local release of nitric oxide, inhibition of PDE 5 by Cialis leads to increase of cGMP levels in the cavernous body of penis. It results in relaxation of arterial smooth muscles and blood flow to the tissues of the penis that causes erections. Cialis has no effect when sexual stimulation is absent. Cialis improves erection and lets achieve a successful sexual intercourse. The drug acts during 36 hours. If sexual arousal is present the effect appears even after 16 minutes after the medication was taken.

Dosage and direction
The recommended dose of Cialis is 20 mg it should be taken at least 16 minutes before the sexual activity. The effect persists during 36 hours. Take Cialis once daily and do not exceed the recommended dose.

Precautions
It is preferable not to use Cialis with grapefruit juice, alcoholic beverages, tobacco. If you smoke tobacco and take Cialis concomitantly this may lead to a condition called NAION (sudden optic nerve-related vision loss). Contraindications
Cialis is contraindicated in patients who are using any form of organic nitrate, either regularly and/ or intermittently as it is able to potentiate hypotensive effect of nitrates.

Possible side effects

In more rare cases low blood pressure, blurred vision and changes in color vision, and abnormal ejaculation may occur. Prolonged erections or priapism (painful erections lasting more than 6 hours) are also possible. If your erection is longer than 4 hours, seek for immediate medical help as it may permanently damage your penis. Sildenafil Citrate affects the response to sexual stimulation. It acts by enhancing smooth muscle relaxation using nitric oxide, a chemical that is normally released in response to sexual stimulation. This smooth muscle relaxation allows increased blood flow into certain areas of the penis, which leads to an erection. Sildenafil Citrate is applied for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (impotence) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension. Sildenafil Citrate may also be used for other purposes not listed above. Dosage and direction Viagra Capsules is taken approximately 0,5-1 hour before sexual activity. Do not take Viagra more than once a day. A high fat meal may delay the time of the effect of this drug. Try not to eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice while you are being treated with Sildenafil Citrate. Precautions Before you start taking Sildenafil Citrate, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or if you have any other allergies. Aged people may be more sensitive to the side effects of the drug. Contraindications Viagra Capsules is contraindicated in patients taking another medicine to treat impotence or using a nitrate drug for chest pain or heart problems. This medicine should not be taken by women and children as well as in patients with a known hypersensitivity to any component of the tablet. Possible side effect The most common side effects are headache, flushing, heartburn, stomach upset, nasal stuffiness, lightheadedness, dizziness or diarrhea. A serious allergic reaction to this drug is very rare, but seek immediate medical help if it occurs. Many people using this medicine do not have serious side effects. In case you notice any side effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist. Drug interaction This drug should not be used with nitrates and recreational drugs called "poppers" containing amyl or butyl nitrite; alpha-blocker medications; other medications for impotence; high blood pressure medicines, etc. Consult your doctor or pharmacist for more details. The therapeutic effect is great: aside from long and stable erection, usual for Sildenafil drugs, Malegra DXT provides its patient with longer sex before ejaculation, treating premature ejaculation problems. Dosage and direction Malegra DXT pill contains 100 mg of Sildenafil + 30 mg of Duloxetine, so the overall dose of active substances is 130 mg per tablet. The recommended dose is just one tablet of Malegra DXT at least an hour before planned sexual activity. The effect of the drug lasts for 6 hours and more, making your sexual experience rich and pleasant. Precautions Malegra DXT is not recommended to men younger than 18 years or older than 60 years old for possible complications. If you take Malegra DXT, you shouldn’t chew the tablet, but swallow it wholly. The drug does not protect the user from sexually transmitted diseases or AIDS. It’s dangerous to mix Malegra DXT with alcohol. Contraindications Cardiovascular diseases, blood pressure issues and liver problems make the use of Malegra DXT dangerous for health. Please, don’t use Sildenafil + Duloxetine combination in case you have any of those problems without a proper consultation with your doctor. Possible side effect Though Malegra DXT is commonly safe and causes minor to none adverse effects, you should take care using it. The best option is to consult your doctor for proper administration of the drug and a medical advice on its use. However, sometimes patients experience headaches, back pain, flushing and indigestion after they take the drug. Drug interaction Malegra DXT has the same interactions as Sildenafil + Duloxetine. Erythromycin and cimetidine cause the effect of Malegra DXT last longer, which is not useful. Taking the drug together with other alpha blockers, you expose yourself to a risk of low blood pressure. Missed dose You shouldn’t worry about a missed dose of Malegra DXT, because it’s a single-time action medication. You don’t have to take the drug regularly: you can only use it when you need its effect. Overdose Don’t overdose Malegra DXT! The maximum positive effect of the drug is achieved with just one tablet. Further increase in dose can lead to low blood pressure and other complications. If you feel dizziness, drowsiness or weakness after taking Malegra DXT, consult your medical care specialist on the further use of the drug. Storage Keep Malegra DXT blister in a dark dry place at room temperature. After peroral intake of Aciphex antisecretorial effect is reached during one hour and is maximal in 2-4 hours. This medication is used to treat ulcers in stomach, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, gastroesophageal reflux disease, to eradicate Helicobacter pylori in patients with ulcers in stomach or chronic gastritis. Dosage and directions Dosage should be administered by your doctor depending on your condition. Usually in patients with an acute duodenal ulcer and c it is recommended to take 1 tab (20 mg) in morning one time a day during 4-6 weeks. When treating H. pylori infection, Aciphex may be needed for only a week. Follow all recommendations of your doctor and do not take this drug in larger amounts than it was prescribed to you. Contact your doctor for help if any of the listed side effects is severe or persistent. Drug interaction Co-administration with the medications which absorption depends on acidity of the stomach causes interaction of medications. Aciphex and other PPIs reduce the absorption and concentration in blood of ketoconazole (Nizoral) and increase the absorption and concentration in blood of digoxin (Lanoxin) causing reduction of effectiveness of the former and increase of toxicity of the latter. Missed dose If you missed a dose take the medication as soon as you remember. If it is almost time of your next dose just skip its intake and return to your regular schedule. Overdose Symptoms of Aciphex overdose are unknown. If you consider that you took too much of the drug seek emergency medical attention.
